We are growing! This is an opportunity to help build a solid product marketing foundation at leading Edge AI startup with a strong developer community in the embedded machine learning space. As the product marketing leader, you will be key in crafting messaging, positioning, pricing, and in understanding embedded ML. This will be an opportunity to expand your expertise in a market with high potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand and refine the target persona and ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • Craft positioning and messaging that aligns with the pain points and values of the customer
  • Translate technical details into value propositions
  • Conduct in-depth pricing analysis and provide recommendations based on research and best practices
  • Understand the competitive landscape and craft competitive messaging
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Edge Impulse product and edge AI market
  • Lead development of sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing, product, and sales teams to assist in achieving company KPIs
  • Potential to manage a small team as we grow

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years specifically in a product marketing role at a SaaS startup
  • Deep experience with embedded machine learning
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating diverse feedback from multiple people
  • Experienced in learning new tools (such as Hubspot, Notion, Google Docs)
  • Comfortable working with engineers and product teams

Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
