We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to lead our event technology stack, including Cvent, Jifflenow, iCapture, and Passkey. This role will serve as the central owner of event tech platforms, driving integration, data governance, and operational excellence across marketing, sales, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary administrator and strategic lead for Cvent, Jifflenow, iCapture, and Passkey.
- Define and implement standardized workflows across event types (large-scale, field, 1:1 meetings).
- Partner with IT and Martech to ensure seamless integration with CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (Marketo).
Data Governance & Reporting
- Establish data standards for lead capture, registration, and meeting scheduling.
- Ensure closed-loop reporting and attribution for all event types.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead routing speed, engagement rates, and pipeline contribution.
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Field Marketing, and Event Marketing to align processes and training.
- Lead workshops and create playbooks for tool usage and best practices.
- Act as liaison between vendor support teams and internal stakeholders.
Process Optimization
- Audit current tool usage and identify gaps or redundancies.
- Drive adoption of scalable registration and meeting scheduling templates.
- Oversee procurement and licensing strategy for event tech platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Technology, or Martech roles.
- Experience with Cvent, Jifflenow, iCapture, and Passkey.
- Strong understanding of CRM and MAP integrations (Salesforce, Marketo).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and change management.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visualization.
- Experience in B2B enterprise marketing environments.
- Familiarity with event ROI frameworks and lead scoring models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Success Metrics:
- All leads routed to CRM within 24 hours of capture.
- 30% increase in post-event engagement.
- 20% reduction in manual effort across field and event teams.
- Unified event data layer enabling real-time reporting.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$133,500.00 - $200,300.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
