We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Technologies and Operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee the asset library within our Brand Portal and Content Supply Chain, manage user access and permissions, and provide lead support for creative tooling (Adobe Express) for marketers. This role is crucial for maintaining brand consistency, optimizing content workflows, and ensuring that all marketing content is efficiently managed and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Library Management:
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the content library within our Brand Portal.
- Ensure that all content is on brand, properly tagged, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval and download.
- Develop and enforce content management best practices and guidelines as it relates by brand, terms of use.
- User Management:
- Manage user access and permissions within Workfront and the brand portal.
- Onboard new users and provide training on the use of these tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in a timely manner.
- Creative Tooling Support:
- Create new Adobe Express Templates as needed / requested.
- Manage the Express workflows within Workfront (access requests; template requests.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing team members using Adobe Express.
- Provide training and support to help team members create and edit content effectively.
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for Adobe Express.
- Content Supply Chain Optimization:
- Collaborate with your manager to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor content workflows and provide recommendations for efficiency enhancements.
- Ensure that content creation, approval, and distribution processes are streamlined and effective.
- Brand Consistency:
- Enforce brand guidelines and ensure that all content adheres to the organization's brand standards.
- Regularly review and update materials and brand assets in the brand portal.
- Conduct audits to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports on content usage and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve content strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure smooth content workflows.
This is an office based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Express (or similar tool).
- Experience with all Adobe tools, specifically Workfront, AEM, AEM Assets, Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of creative assets / color / file format differences
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support non-technical users in the use of creative tools.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
Certifications:
- Adobe Express, Workfront, AEM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with metadata management and content tagging.
- Familiarity with content workflow automation.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive problem-solving and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
