The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing (Strategic Accounts) will support the execution and scaling of Qualcomm Technologies' top-tier AI ecosystem and cloud service partners. This role is responsible for the coordination of high-impact partner marketing efforts across all marketing disciplines globally.
This Senior Manager will:
- Convert business priorities into innovative marketing programs, actionable marketing workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support in the development of co-marketing materials and content that bring the strategic account’s narratives and products to market.
- Maintain an operational rhythm and reporting cadence that keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives at turning strategy into results and can manage multiple partners and multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and foster strategic marketing partner relationships focused on high-impact, mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Receive strategic direction from the VP and Director and build out the detailed execution plans, timelines, and workbacks for priority strategic accounts, including coordination across Sales leads and across cross-functional marketing team leads to keep planning and execution on schedule.
- Track deliverables and milestones across partner workstreams, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, or gaps.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, manage action items, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders ahead of key industry moments, joint launches, and business reviews.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports that provide ongoing visibility into partnership milestones, KPI progress, and budget utilization.
- Articulate and communicate the value of the partnerships to internal key stakeholders and to partner stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of partner investment spend and progress against established success metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or technology marketing — ideally with exposure to hyperscalers or large platform ecosystems.
- Strong strategic partnership collaboration and relationship fostering.
- Strong execution and project management skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop polished marketing content for both technical, internal/external and executive audiences.
- Experience building reporting frameworks or managing dashboards.
- A collaborative, organized, and proactive working style suited to a senior leader-supported, high-accountability environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in related field.
- Growth-minded, proven experience in developing and executing win/win co-marketing strategies with measurable results (1+1=3).
- Proven experience managing matrixed teams to develop and execute co-marketing programs that drive mutual value.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, particularly in areas relevant to Qualcomm's business (e.g., mobile, IoT, automotive).
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly matrixed global environment.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, including articulating the value of the partnership.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$158,800.00 - $238,200.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
