We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our Design & Marketing team and create engaging user experiences across our website, blog, marketing digital properties, and more. This is a highly visible role responsible for realizing the communication, marketing, and user experience goals of our entire company. You will collaborate closely with our Platform (engineering), Marketing, and Design team.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Field and execute change requests to the Applied Intuition websites
  • Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user-friendly corporate web pages and implement new features and functionality
  • Create responsive websites that support all browsers and devices based on design files in Figma and other formats
  • Test, maintain, and improve websites; troubleshoot technical issues
  • Build web-based sales templates that could be easily adopted by non-technical users
  • Implement custom code in other digital properties and enable user engagement workflows (e.g., marketing newsletters)
  • Enable analytics and measurement across experiences
  • Follow best practices for SEO
  • Follow best practices for AEO/GEO (i.e., site optimization for AI-driven search)
  • Support the implementation of marketing automation technologies
  • Develop and maintain our internal content distribution platform
  • Develop and maintain our company intranet
  • Ensure operational continuity and speed of execution for Webflow; experience in supporting quick updates and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Support and optimize our use of the Marketo marketing automation platform, including creating and managing forms and overseeing the inbound lead process; Marketo experience helpful

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A fundamental grasp of web user experience goals for visitors
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or design field
  • 3+ years of web development experience
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills with experience building responsive sites across a variety of browsers and devices
  • Strong QA mindset; attention to detail and an appreciation for design and UX
  • Ability to test and debug web applications, including experience with modern tools and frameworks (such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress)
  • Experience optimizing web performance (e.g., Core Web Vitals, image optimization, lazy loading)
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), ensuring mobile-first, inclusive designs
  • Basic awareness of web security best practices (e.g., HTTPS, input validation, authentication)
  • Experience with design tools (such as Figma) to enhance collaboration with designers and facilitate design handoffs
  • Ability to deliver under tight timing constraints

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Webflow and marketing/email automation tools
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control software
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or other industry-leading frameworks
  • Familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO
  • Experience or familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express), API integration, and understanding how front-end connects with back-end systems
  • Basic database concepts (SQL or NoSQL) for understanding how data flows through applications
  • Exposure to modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and deployment/CI/CD workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development and prompt-driven automation, aligning with trends in coding and marketing automation

The salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $160,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
