Our Chief Financial Officer is looking for a dynamic and expert Executive Assistant to join us on an exciting journey. This is a high-exposure role that demands a high-performing and radically optimistic individual. You will be managing relationships with our investors, advisors, government partners, allies and more. You’ll work closely with our C-suite daily, owning their calendars, internal/external relationships and meetings, briefings, travel, and various other responsibilities.

You'll get intimately familiar with what it means to be a founder and executive of a growing clean energy technology startup. This role offers expansive responsibility, ownership, and growth opportunities, optimizing our executives' impact as we scale to mass-production of Kaleidos.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build trust and rapport with the C-suite, their senior leadership, and Board of Directors, with the ability to influence and negotiate when necessary.

  • Anticipate C-suite needs and potential conflicts and handle independently or pull together the right stakeholders to resolve quickly.

  • Manage daily schedules, coordinate logistics for all meetings, both internal and external, being proactive about conflicts and understanding priorities for the C-suite.

  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the C-suite.

  • Triage and prioritize asks from internal team members and external partners.

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, or other special events, onsite and offsite.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.

  • Ensure the C-suite is equipped with the necessary technology and support, coordinating with IT for any technical needs or issues.

  • Create, scale and own processes for the executive office.

  • Exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering lunch, planning business travel, processing expenses, time checks for meetings, note-taking at meetings, etc.

  • Provide occasional executive assistant support to VP-level leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting one or more C-level executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of C-level executives and address them proactively.

  • Laser-focused organizational skills, with a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly without sacrificing quality.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor succinct communication for various audiences, respond promptly across multiple platforms (Slack, Outlook, text/phone), and digest large amounts of information to take action.

  • Expert at building relationships across all levels of the organization and external partners, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring positive interactions.

  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

  • Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet) and adept at adopting new technologies.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior Executive Assistant experience in a hardware or software engineering startup, finance, or goods and services distribution is strongly preferred.

  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated – you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do because you’ve already done it.

  • Intellectually curious and ambitious – excited to learn about our technology, grow our business, and advance your career at Radiant.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a commitment to upholding the company’s values and reputation.
